I ordered LIGHT BLUE.
On two different occasions I was sent a Navy one which I’m keeping - the next replacement was Turquoise which I’m returning and have been told that I’ll get a refund.

We’re very sorry to hear that your order didn’t meet your expectations. The first mug we sent was from our standard light blue range, and we then specially ordered a lighter shade just for you, hoping it would be closer to what you were after. Please note that we also sell a navy mug, but that was not sent to you.
As colours can look slightly different on different screens, we always strive to keep them as close as possible to the images shown on our website. To ensure you weren’t left disappointed, we’ve refunded the second order in full, and you’re welcome to keep that mug.
We always aim to deliver both quality products and thoughtful customer service, and while we regret this order wasn’t quite right, we hope this shows how much we value our customers.
