Yes! All of our ceramic and bone china mugs are both dishwasher and microwave safe — and we’re so confident in their quality that every mug comes with a 1-year print guarantee.

Other products, such as our travel mugs and tumblers, should be hand washed to preserve their finish. Due to the materials and printing process, these items are not microwave safe.

At present, we are limited in where we can ship due to tariffs and new import restrictions. That said, we’ll always do our best to help — so if you’re outside the UK and would like to order, please get in touch and we’ll check the options available for your location.

We take great care to ensure every order reaches you in perfect condition, but if your item arrives damaged or isn’t quite right, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll work with you to put it right — whether that means arranging a replacement or another suitable solution.
