Sips, questions and answers
How do I see how many Sips I have?
Sign in to your account, then click Your Sips in the top menu (next to Account and Cart) on any page. Your current balance appears at the top of the panel.
Do my Sips ever expire?
No. Once they're in your account, they're yours until you spend them.
Can I use Sips and a discount code together?
Only one discount per order, so it's whichever saves you more.
What happens to my Sips if I return an order?
Sips earned from that order are removed when the refund is processed.
How do I redeem my Sips at checkout?
Sign in to your account, then click Your Sips in the top menu. Choose how many Sips you want to use, and the discount is applied automatically at checkout.
How does the £3 referral work?
Share your link with a friend. They get £3 off their first Sipfull order. Once their order ships, we credit £3 to your account too.
Where do I find my referral link?
Sign in to your account, click Your Sips in the top menu (next to Account and Cart), then choose Refer a friend. Your unique link sits there ready to copy and share.
