When do I need to order by?
Mon 21 Dec for standard UK delivery and Tue 22 Dec for express. Personalised orders close earlier, on Fri 18 Dec, because your proof has to come back and be approved before we press it.
Is anything sitting in a warehouse ready to send?
No. Every mug is pressed to order in our Sussex studio, which is why the designs stay sharp and why we can personalise almost anything. It also means ordering early genuinely helps us.
Will it arrive looking like a present?
Yes. Everything is hand-checked and packed in double-walled smash-proof packaging, dispatched ready to gift. If it is going straight to the recipient, say so in the order notes.
Do you do Black Friday?
No. Our prices in November are the same as in June, so there is no advantage in waiting and no inflated price crossed out in red. We would rather be straight about it.
What if the print fades?
Every mug carries our 1-Year Print Guarantee. If the print fades or peels under normal use within 12 months, we replace it.
