4. Approve and we press it. Handpressed onto your mug in our UK studio and dispatched within two working days, tracked to your door.

Landscape three-quarter view, whole bike in frame, well-lit, no filters. Ideally 2000 × 1500 pixels or larger, but we've had great results from standard phone photos. Any bike, any era. If your photo isn't quite right, we'll tell you before we start.

How quickly will I get my proof?

Usually within minutes of ordering. Occasionally longer if we're queuing up — but you won't be waiting hours, let alone days. Your proof arrives in a separate email from Danni — not in your Shopify order confirmation. If it's not in your inbox, check your junk folder.

Can I request changes?

Yes. You get up to two rounds of changes on every order — plenty of room to tweak the scene, the light, the details until it feels right. Still not happy after that? We'll refund you in full. No hard feelings.

Do I pay full price for extra mugs with the same design?

No. You pay full price for the first mug (which covers the artwork). Every additional mug using the same Rolling Render Motorbike Art design is charged at our standard mug price — pick your extras on this page before you check out.

What if my photo doesn't quite work?

Sometimes a photo just isn't the right angle, or the bike is too far away to capture. If we can't get a great result from what you've uploaded, we'll get in touch and either suggest a better shot or offer a full refund. We won't press a bad print.

Can I send it as a gift?

Yes. You'll receive the proof for approval before anything is pressed, so you can either approve on the recipient's behalf or forward the approval link if you want them involved.

Is the mug dishwasher-safe?

Every ceramic and bone china mug is dishwasher- and microwave-safe. Polymer and travel mugs should be hand-washed and are not microwave-safe. All are backed by our 1-year fade guarantee — if the design fades within 12 months, we'll replace it free of charge.
