About this mug
Our Sweater Weather design is perfect for autumn lovers, so it seemed only right to launch it in our new range of Travel Mugs. It has taken us a long time to finally source a travel mug that we’re proud to sell. This is a double-walled insulated mug with a solid lid (with a seal inside). Our supplier tells us it’s unbreakable and, judging by how well our 5-year-old’s test drops have gone, we’re not going to argue! Both white and black lids are available – you decide!
We’ve worked hard to produce a complete full wrap design featuring cosy jumpers, autumn leaves, and earthy tones – it really does look stunning (if you don’t mind us saying). The colours pop beautifully, making it the perfect seasonal accessory for your coffee or tea on the go.
Rest assured that our team carefully quality checks each mug, ensuring it reaches you in perfect condition. It will be delivered in a double-walled, smash-proof box, making it an ideal gift for yourself or a loved one.

We would advise not putting it in the microwave or dishwasher – it will last longer. Please note that as colours can appear differently on different screens, there may be slight variations between the mockup and the actual product.
Shipping & Processing
Each item is made to order and carefully hand-pressed in our Sussex studio.
Most orders are produced within 24–48 hours, depending on order volume.
Standard delivery: Orders are dispatched using a Royal Mail Tracked 48 service.
Express delivery: Where Express shipping is selected at checkout, orders are dispatched using a Royal Mail Tracked 24 service.
Delivery times refer to courier transit only and do not include production time.
If you need your order sooner, Priority Processing is available to add to your basket to move your order to the front of the production queue.

Colours may vary slightly from screen to screen due to display settings. Every mug is produced to our exacting standards to ensure consistent print quality and finish.
If you've selected gift wrapping for one item within a multiple-item order, please let us know in the order notes at checkout which item you'd like gift wrapped.
Returns
We offer a 14-day return policy on standard mugs. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging, with proof of purchase. Please email danni@sipfullofdesign.com to request a return before sending anything back — we'll reply with instructions on where to send your package.
Personalised and custom items cannot be returned — they're hand-made to order and unique to you. If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, contact us straight away with a photo and we'll put it right.
