What Are Sips?

Sips are our way of rewarding you for coming back.

Every time you place an order, you’ll earn Sips that can be used towards future purchases.

Nothing complicated — just a little something back, each time.

How It Works

We’ve kept it deliberately simple:

When you’re ready, just log into your account, create a code, and use it at checkout.

If you’ve ordered from us before, there’s a good chance you already have Sips sitting in your account.

We’ve gone back and credited previous orders, so it’s worth having a quick look — you might be pleasantly surprised.

Reviews make a huge difference for a small business like ours.

So if you leave one, you’ll receive 200 Sips as a thank you.

It’s a small gesture, but one we hope feels fair.

This isn’t about pushing discounts or turning everything into a promotion.

It’s simply a way of recognising the people who come back — and making sure that doesn’t go unnoticed.

You’ll now see “Your Sips” in the navigation, and we’ll gently remind you in emails and at checkout so they don’t get forgotten.
