Every mug is hand-pressed in our family-run Sussex studio using premium ceramic blanks, producing prints that are vivid, fade-resistant, and tested to withstand over 800 wash cycles. Choose from nine interior colours across multiple sizes and finishes — classic 11oz and 15oz ceramic, lightweight Bone China for a more refined feel, the generous 20oz Pint size, the smash-proof Polymer Mug for workshop or van use, or the taller Latte Mug for a café-style brew.

Shipping & Processing
Each item is made to order and carefully hand-pressed in our Sussex studio.
Most orders are produced within 24–48 hours, depending on order volume.
Standard delivery: Orders are dispatched using a Royal Mail Tracked 48 service.
Express delivery: Where Express shipping is selected at checkout, orders are dispatched using a Royal Mail Tracked 24 service.
Delivery times refer to courier transit only and do not include production time.
If you need your order sooner, Priority Processing is available to add to your basket to move your order to the front of the production queue.

Colours may vary slightly from screen to screen due to display settings. Every mug is produced to our exacting standards to ensure consistent print quality and finish.

Returns
We offer a 14-day return policy on standard mugs. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging, with proof of purchase. Please email danni@sipfullofdesign.com to request a return before sending anything back — we'll reply with instructions on where to send your package.
Personalised and custom items cannot be returned — they're hand-made to order and unique to you. If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, contact us straight away with a photo and we'll put it right.

Superb product and good delivery times. I missed out on the discount though on the website. Only observation is that it would be good to offer both gloss and a more matt finish to help the vintage garage look. I’d buy again without hesitation.
I didn’t reply earlier, as the cup was a present for my husband on his birthday. He’s very pleased with it and is using it for most drinks!
One comment. There is nothing on the base of the cup that indicates where it has come from.
Lovin' the retro style. I've put it through about 20 dishwasher cycles so far, no issues. Nice quality all round for ceramic and paint. must be all right, i've ordered another 2 in different styles.
Excellent quality, works really well!! I've also got a Shell one, but will buy a couple more, later in the year for birthday /Christmas presents, and maybe another for me!
