What's your minimum order?
There's no hard minimum — we've done small team runs and orders into the thousands. Tell us your quantity and we'll confirm what works.
How quickly can you turn an order around?
It depends on the run size and the time of year. Give us your deadline in the enquiry and we'll tell you honestly whether it's achievable and how to plan for it.
Can every mug be different?
Yes. We can vary artwork unit by unit — names, regions, teams or individual messages across a single order.
Do you set up the artwork, or do we?
Either. Send finished artwork and we'll proof it, or send a logo and a rough idea and we'll prepare it for you. Nothing is pressed until you approve a proof.
Will they survive being posted?
Yes — every order ships in smash-proof packaging, and they're backed by our 1-Year Print Guarantee, just like our retail mugs.
