This User Data Deletion page describes how Sipfull of Design (the "Site", "we", "us", or "our") handles requests to delete personal information that we have collected from you when you visit, use our services, or make a purchase from sipfullofdesign.com (the "Site"), including any personal information we receive through our connections with Meta Platforms, Inc. ("Meta") products such as Facebook and Instagram. For purposes of this page, "you" and "your" means you as the user of our Services, whether you are a customer, website visitor, or another individual whose information we have collected.

Please read this page carefully. It should be read alongside our Privacy Policy, which sets out the wider context in which we collect and use your personal information.

Your Right to Request Deletion

You have the right to request that we delete the personal information we hold about you. This right applies to data we have collected directly from you, data we have collected automatically through your use of the Site, and data we have received from third parties, including Meta. We will respond to all valid deletion requests in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including the UK GDPR and the EU GDPR where relevant.

What Personal Information This Covers

A deletion request may apply to any of the following categories of personal information that we hold about you:

Contact details including your name, address, phone number, and email.
Order information including your name, billing address, shipping address, payment confirmation, email address, and phone number.
Account information including your username, security questions and other information used for account security purposes.
Customer support information including the information you have included in communications with us.
Usage Data including device information, browser information, network connection details, your IP address and other information regarding your interaction with the Site.
Marketing data including your email subscription preferences and any data we use to tailor advertising to you.
Information received from Meta as described in the next section.

Data We Receive Through Our Meta Connection

Where you have interacted with our advertising or content on Facebook or Instagram, or where you have visited our Site after clicking a Meta advertisement, we may receive or generate the following information through Meta's platforms and tools (such as the Meta Pixel, the Conversions API and related integrations):

A hashed identifier linking your activity on our Site to your Meta account.
Events relating to your interaction with our Site, such as page views, items added to cart, and purchases.
Aggregated and anonymised reporting data about advertising performance.

If you submit a deletion request, we will remove any personal information of this kind that we hold and instruct our connected services to do the same, to the extent we are able.

How to Request Deletion of Your Data

To request deletion of your personal information, please send us an email at danni@sipfullofdesign.com with the following:

Subject line: "User Data Deletion Request".
Your full name as it appears on any account or order with us.
The email address associated with your account, order, or Meta interaction.
A brief description of the data you would like deleted (for example, "all data", "marketing data only", or "data linked to my Facebook account").

You may also write to us at the postal address listed in the Contact section below. We may need to collect additional information from you to verify your identity before we can action your request, such as confirming the email address used to place an order.

What Will Be Deleted

Once your identity has been verified and your request has been actioned, we will delete or anonymise the personal information we hold about you, including:

Your customer account and saved details.
Marketing subscriptions and any associated profile data.
Customer support correspondence not required for legal or regulatory reasons.
Data we hold about you that has been received through our Meta connection, including any audience or matching data linked to your Meta account.

Information We May Need to Retain

Some personal information may need to be retained, even after a deletion request, where we are required or permitted to do so by law. This may include:

Order and transaction records required for accounting, tax, and consumer law purposes (for example, HMRC requires us to retain certain financial records for six years).
Records relating to refunds, returns, fraud prevention or disputes, for the period necessary to resolve those matters.
Information required to enforce our terms of service, defend legal claims, or comply with legal obligations.

Where we retain information for these reasons, we will only keep what is strictly necessary, and we will continue to protect it in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Removing the Connection on Your Facebook or Instagram Account

In addition to contacting us, you can remove our connection to your Facebook or Instagram account directly through Meta's own settings. To do this:

Log in to Facebook and go to Settings & Privacy > Settings.
Select Apps and Websites.
Locate "Sipfull of Design" in the list of connected apps.
Select Remove and confirm.

Removing the connection on Meta's side will stop the flow of new data, but please note that you will still need to contact us using the method above if you would like us to delete any personal information we already hold.

Timeline for Action

We will acknowledge your deletion request within 5 working days of receipt and complete the deletion within 30 days, in line with UK GDPR requirements. If your request is particularly complex, or if we are receiving a high volume of requests, we may extend this period by a further two months and will inform you if this is the case.

Children's Data

The Services are not intended to be used by children, and we do not knowingly collect any personal information about children. If you are the parent or guardian of a child who has provided us with their personal information, you may contact us using the details below to request that it be deleted, and we will action this without delay.

Complaints

If you are not satisfied with how we have handled your deletion request, please contact us so that we can try to resolve the matter. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk, or with your local data protection authority if you are based outside the UK.
