Every mug is hand-pressed in our family-run Sussex studio using premium ceramic blanks, with a full-wrap design that looks striking from every angle — no blank reverse, no half-measures. Each item is made to order and carefully hand-pressed in our Sussex studio.
Most orders are produced within 24–48 hours, depending on order volume.
Standard delivery: Orders are dispatched using a Royal Mail Tracked 48 service.
Express delivery: Where Express shipping is selected at checkout, orders are dispatched using a Royal Mail Tracked 24 service.
Delivery times refer to courier transit only and do not include production time.
If you need your order sooner, Priority Processing is available to add to your basket to move your order to the front of the production queue.

Returns
We offer a 14-day return policy on standard mugs. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging, with proof of purchase. Please email danni@sipfullofdesign.com to request a return before sending anything back — we'll reply with instructions on where to send your package.
Personalised and custom items cannot be returned — they're hand-made to order and unique to you. If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, contact us straight away with a photo and we'll put it right.

The first 2 mugs which I bought were excellent in all respects, and that spurred me to buy the follow up pair. Whilst the image quality and the main body of the mugs are also good, it was disappointing to discover that the un-glazed rim on the base of the mug was noticeably rougher than the first pair, meaning that care must be taken when setting the mugs down, avoiding delicate surfaces.
What I would call 'A Decent Sized Mug.' This is the type of mug that should be in every shed, garage and 'man cave.'
Would make an excellent gift for whoever 'lives' in any of the above places!

I'd recommend black interior to mugs as looks like oil which then leaves its drips on the outside. Very efficient delivery and well packed with thought and care.
