Every mug is hand-pressed in our family-run Sussex studio using premium ceramic blanks, with a full-wrap design that looks striking from every angle — no blank reverse, no half-measures. Choose from nine interior colours across multiple sizes and finishes — classic 11oz and 15oz ceramic, lightweight Bone China for a more refined feel, the generous 20oz Pint size, or the taller Latte Mug for a café-style brew.

Each item is made to order and carefully hand-pressed in our Sussex studio.
Most orders are produced within 24–48 hours, depending on order volume.
Standard delivery: Orders are dispatched using a Royal Mail Tracked 48 service.
Express delivery: Where Express shipping is selected at checkout, orders are dispatched using a Royal Mail Tracked 24 service.
Delivery times refer to courier transit only and do not include production time.
If you need your order sooner, Priority Processing is available to add to your basket to move your order to the front of the production queue.

Returns
We offer a 14-day return policy on standard mugs. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging, with proof of purchase. Please email danni@sipfullofdesign.com to request a return before sending anything back — we'll reply with instructions on where to send your package.
Personalised and custom items cannot be returned — they're hand-made to order and unique to you. If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, contact us straight away with a photo and we'll put it right.

I bought one for a birthday present for my Brother-in-Law and ordered this Harley Davidson mug for a treat for myself.
They are both great designs and very good quality indeed.

I purchased four of these Vintage Rectro mugs and I love the designs. I was a little disappointed at how highly glazed they are - in the pictures they looked like they had a matte glaze, which I think would have enhanced the illusion better, hence only four stars. Having said that, they are excellent quality mugs, and each one came with a little sweet treat!
