Once your order is placed, our team checks everything over before it goes to press — if anything needs attention, we'll be in touch. No lengthy back-and-forth, no waiting for a proof. Shipping & Processing
Each item is made to order and carefully hand-pressed in our Sussex studio.
Most orders are produced within 24–48 hours, depending on order volume.
Standard delivery: Orders are dispatched using a Royal Mail Tracked 48 service.
Express delivery: Where Express shipping is selected at checkout, orders are dispatched using a Royal Mail Tracked 24 service.
Delivery times refer to courier transit only and do not include production time.
If you need your order sooner, Priority Processing is available to add to your basket to move your order to the front of the production queue.

Colours may vary slightly from screen to screen due to display settings. Every mug is produced to our exacting standards to ensure consistent print quality and finish.
If you've selected gift wrapping for one item within a multiple-item order, please let us know in the order notes at checkout which item you'd like gift wrapped.
Returns
We offer a 14-day return policy on standard mugs. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging, with proof of purchase. Please email danni@sipfullofdesign.com to request a return before sending anything back — we'll reply with instructions on where to send your package.
Personalised and custom items cannot be returned — they're hand-made to order and unique to you. If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, contact us straight away with a photo and we'll put it right.

Years ago, I created a childish like character called Mr. Wormy which I drew regularly for my two young boys. He even appeared on a bare plaster wall before being papered over at some point. Fast forward a few years and on a whim, recreated him digitally using basic shapes using a popular presentation software program. He then sat gathering digital dust in a folder until I received an email announcing a new live preview feature for personalised mugs. Ooo, I thought. Now then. Could this be the time to immortalise Mr Wormy in the form of a mug? Absolutely!
The design process couldn't have been any easier. Upload, tweak, order. A couple of days later, Wormy Mug arrived in a vault of cardboard and protective packaging.
Needless to say, I am chuffed to bits with the mug and now my boys (grown up men) can fight over the right to ownership in the future. I suppose I could order another one so they could both have one, but where's the fun in that?

My mug has very sentimental attachments to it meaning I will never use it other than for display. It is a 1 pint version with a photo of mine which has been perfectly transferred to fill the whole perimeter of the mug. Always puts a big smile on my face when viewed. I’ve plans for 2 more mugs for friends when I can capture suitable photos😃!

Second mug bought, and I can honestly say, it is as good, if not better, than the first as it has a picture if my dog on.
After my initial order of a custom mug didn’t turn out great due to image looking dark, (not on my computer screen) and totally my fault a spelling mistake, i receive an offer to produce another for just the postage cost. Which this time i underexposed the image and corrected the spelling. This time the Mug has turned out brilliant.
