About this mug
Delicate lily of the valley sprigs arc gracefully across the upper centre — their characteristic arching stems hung with small, rounded blush-pink bell flowers, rendered with a lightness that makes them instantly recognisable. Bold coral-red and hot-pink hawthorn blooms fill the lower and right portions in confident, loose brushstrokes, while a large white five-petalled flower with a golden-orange centre anchors the lower right. Deep cobalt-blue and teal-blue leaves sweep dramatically across the left, their bold flat forms contrasting with warm golden-amber background washes and vivid orange-gold brushstrokes that pulse with energy throughout. Each item is made to order and carefully hand-pressed in our Sussex studio.
Most orders are produced within 24–48 hours, depending on order volume.
Standard delivery: Orders are dispatched using a Royal Mail Tracked 48 service.
Express delivery: Where Express shipping is selected at checkout, orders are dispatched using a Royal Mail Tracked 24 service.
Delivery times refer to courier transit only and do not include production time.
If you need your order sooner, Priority Processing is available to add to your basket to move your order to the front of the production queue.

Returns
We offer a 14-day return policy on standard mugs. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging, with proof of purchase. Please email danni@sipfullofdesign.com to request a return before sending anything back — we'll reply with instructions on where to send your package.
Personalised and custom items cannot be returned — they're hand-made to order and unique to you. If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, contact us straight away with a photo and we'll put it right.
