About this mug
A soft sage-green banner ribbon at the top declares CANCER in bold black lettering. Below it, an absolutely adorable cartoon crab takes centre stage — round cream-white body with a subtle shell line across the middle, two large blush-pink claws raised up on either side, two small blush-pink eye-stalks at the top and two tiny white front claws at the bottom. Its gentle wide-eyed expression with small dot eyes is pure Cancer energy — soft, watchful and quietly caring. A tiny crab doodle sits to the upper right. Small doodles scatter around: two star outlines, a four-pointed sparkle and a small zigzag. Shipping & Processing
Each item is made to order and carefully hand-pressed in our Sussex studio.
Most orders are produced within 24–48 hours, depending on order volume.
Standard delivery: Orders are dispatched using a Royal Mail Tracked 48 service.
Express delivery: Where Express shipping is selected at checkout, orders are dispatched using a Royal Mail Tracked 24 service.
Delivery times refer to courier transit only and do not include production time.
If you need your order sooner, Priority Processing is available to add to your basket to move your order to the front of the production queue.

Colours may vary slightly from screen to screen due to display settings. Every mug is produced to our exacting standards to ensure consistent print quality and finish.

Returns
We offer a 14-day return policy on standard mugs. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging, with proof of purchase. Please email danni@sipfullofdesign.com to request a return before sending anything back — we'll reply with instructions on where to send your package.
Personalised and custom items cannot be returned — they're hand-made to order and unique to you. If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, contact us straight away with a photo and we'll put it right.
