It's not a small thing. When you're a small Sussex studio going up against mugs you can buy almost anywhere, word of mouth is everything.
So we wanted to do something properly to say thank you for that.

How It Works
We've added a simple referral scheme alongside our Sips loyalty programme.
It's as simple as it sounds:
- You share your link with a friend
- They get £3 off their first order with us
- When they place their order, you get £3 back to your account
That's it. No minimums, no codes, no awkward asking.
Why We Built It This Way
We've thought about adding a referral programme for a while. What held us up was wanting it to feel right.
We didn't want a "refer five friends, unlock 10% off your sixth order" sort of thing. No maths. No tiers. No artificial urgency.
£3 for them, £3 for you felt fair. It's enough to be a meaningful thank-you, but it doesn't change the way our mugs are priced or the care that goes into making them.
It Works Alongside Sips
If you've been collecting Sips on your orders, your referral rewards add to that.
(Sips, in short: every order earns you points. 100 Sips equals £1 toward a future mug. Nothing complicated.)
So every order someone places through your link earns you both — them £3 off, you £3 back. And those rewards stack up over time without you having to think about it.
